Title of Position- Restaurant General Manager
The General Manager will plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies.
The General Manager will be front of the line in delivering excellent service to our guests, as well as managing and maintaining a top-notch, high performing team to deliver the same.

Qualifications :
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
- Proven knowledge of restaurant systems and process in food cost management
- Must have the ability to train, retain, and motivate quality Team Members have a passion for leading a successful team
